Our Standard Postage Policy and Prices
We aim to dispatch same day for all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm may be processed the following working day. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed at 4:00pm on a Friday may not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.
Standard Delivery - £3.95
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery
Express Tracked Delivery - Order Before 3pm - £4.95
Order Before 3pm - Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
Both the above delivery options are tracked services via Royal Mail or Evri.. Full tracking details will be provided with your dispatch email
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £7.95
Order by 3pm - Delivered via Royal Mail or Evri, this option is tracked and will arrive with you the next day.
Orders over £50 - FREE (Standard Delivery)
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery
Large Items & Furniture
Larger items and furniture are normally handled by DPD or Evri and take a little longer to arrive. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
Our personalised gifts are dispatched directly from our trading partners when they have been processed. The estimated time to engrave these products is between 1-3 days before it is dispatched.

Royal Mail Update For International Orders To Italy 16.12.21
Please be advised that we have received notification from Royal Mail that international orders to Italy are severely delayed. Please read their statement below. If you are currently waiting for an order to arrive please contact us by email for the latest information on your parcel: firstname.lastname@example.org
'We have been advised by Poste Italiane that severe delays are being experienced in processing postal items due to serious IT problems in Italian customs. This is affecting all postal shipments from outside the EU.
Although we are continuing to ship items to Italy at the moment, due to these technical issues being experienced once they arrive, they currently face delays of at least several weeks before being processed by customs and delivered by Poste Italiane. We are in constant dialogue with Poste Italiane, but they have so far been unable to give us a date when these issues will be resolved. Therefore, please consider the current situation carefully if you are posting items to Italy as they will face severe delays once they arrive in the country. We will provide further updates as soon as we have them.'
We would like to reassure all our customers that we are operating as usual during the new 2021 lock down. The same measures are in place as in the first lock down and we do not foresee any disruption to orders at the moment. Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and DHL and in most cases their service remains the same. However, in some areas there may be a slight delay with deliveries so please allow a little extra time.
Please bear in mind that our telephone line is not available at the moment because our staff are working from home. You can leave a message and someone will get back to you within a few hours but the best way to contact us at the moment is by email email@example.com.

COVID-19 Statement 20th March 2020
To all our lovely customers, past, present and future
We would firstly like to express our astonishment at the current crisis and send our best wishes to everyone to stay healthy and safe during this unprecedented time in our lives. I am so proud to be British and I know that as a nation we will do our best to overcome these difficult times and aim to eliminate this virus from our lives with determination and resilience. We will all follow the government advice and unite to protect our most vulnerable and we will help our young people to understand the importance of this combined force.
We are still very much open for business as usual and would like to outline the measures we have put in place to keep our staff and customers safe. Our administration staff are now working from home and any communication will be uninterrupted and continue as normal by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are suspending our telephone ordering facility at the moment to enable our staff to work from home and look after their children without the phone ringing! Our packaging facility does not allow any person other than staff on site. We are fastidious on handwashing and hand sanitizing and our packaging staff wear masks and gloves. We have introduced antibacterial cleaning into the packaging process. We are following all recommended health and safety practises and keep updated on current advice. As of now, no staff are showing any coronavirus symptoms but any that do will be asked to self isolate immediately
We know that buying gifts may be the last thing on peoples minds right now but we want you to know that we are still open for business if you need us. Most of our stock supply is unaffected at this point. If you wish to send a gift to someone directly, as a surprise or where there is a case of self-isolation, you can rest assured that the measures mentioned above along with a sprinkle of love and blessings will be put in place. We will lovingly gift wrap and supply a gift tag, free of charge and will be applying this option to our products on the website over time. In the meantime, if the product you have bought is intended as a gift and is being sent directly to your loved one, please email us after you have placed an order to let us know you would like it to be gift-wrapped and what message you would like us to include.
We hope to be able to carry on with our business through these challenging times and really appreciate your custom. We want you to remember that even at times like these we all have so much to be thankful for. Spring is ignoring the Coronavirus pandemic and is bursting out in all its magnificent glory. The days are getting longer, the sky is getting clearer and the sun is beginning to shine. The love and compassion of the British people is showing itself now more than ever and we are all spending more family time with our loved ones. We may not be able to go for a meal or to the theatre for a while but we can find exhilaration and soothing in our beautiful countryside and parks where the birds are still singing and the daffodils are dancing in the breeze.
Try to find some peace and calm each day, stay safe and look for something to be thankful for each morning.
