Returns & Refund Information
Here at Posh Bananas we want our customers to be happy with their purchase but if your item arrives faulty or you have simply changed your mind we have a no quibble 3 month returns policy.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or the item has arrived damaged or faulty, don’t worry, you have a full 3 months to return your item. Firstly please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your reason for return.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
We do not cover return postage costs and ask that you retain proof of postage when sending items back to us. We do not accept responsibility for lost items without proof of postage.
The cost of the original postage paid by you when placing the original order will only be refunded if the item arrives faulty or damaged
Larger items over 5kg may have to be scheduled for collection by a courier. Please email us for instructions on heavy or large items such as furniture and we will take care of the return at this end.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on personalised items unless they arrive faulty. Products that have been custom made for you cannot be resold and therefore do not qualify for refunds if you have changed your mind or have made a spelling mistake at the time of order. If a personalised item arrives faulty or damaged please send us a photo of the problem. We will not require you to post the item back to us.
Upon receipt of your return we will process your refund back to the original payment method used when you placed your order. We try to process your refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 days for the refunded payment to appear in your account.
If you decide to cancel your order or make a change and the order has not already been processed, we will simply refund your order or make adjustments accordingly. Please let us know as soon as possible that you have made a mistake or changed your mind by emailing us at email@example.com. If we have already begun processing your order, particularly personalised gifts, we will not be able to cancel it and normal returns process will apply.
